Primeau was hesitant about making predic- tions but he feels ex- perience and balance inay make this year's teani stronger, despite changes. The bantams picked up their third and fourth wins over the weekend. Brian Monro scored three goals in a 7-3 win over Ajax in a game played Saturday night, the regular home gaie date, at Iroquois Park arena. Paul Windover scored two goals whle David Grant and Ulhrich had one each. Torrens was in net. Dave Mitchell was in net in a 5-2 win over Markham on Sunday. Midgets are competitive despite loss of players Despite the loss of several top players from last year's club, coach Jack Middl eton expects a good season from the 19886-87 Whitby midget select hockey teani. «'I think by Christ- mas, we're going to have a good club,".says Middleton. He is especially pleased with the goaltending of Shawn O'Hara, a newcomer to the tearn who played in Scar- borough lasi year. "He is just playing excellent; " says the Whitby coach.
