While a spokesman at Fairview Lodge said the meals on wheels program in Whîtby la net in need of drivers, the Oshawa prograrno l suffering frono a serious shortage cf volunteers. The prograrn in Oshawa, which usually requires 25 drivers, is currently operating with only 10, said Mary Perry, the co-ordinator of the meals on wheels program there. «'One cf Our bookkeepers read about the need for drivers and asked me if I would do this and I said sure," said Cobey Black, sales manager for Brooklin Cycle.
