Selections are chosen wihgreat care so as to appeal to people of al This yatepr formances will be at Chase leads to arrest A Peterborough man has been arrested after a motorcydllst lead a patrolling Durham Regionsi Police Force officer on a brief chase last Saturday night. According to a spokesman for the for- ce, the officer spotted a motorcycle being driven westbound on Dundas St. W. at a high rate of see. The off icer gave chase and finally pulled the motorcyclist over on Durham Rd. 23. After attempting to search the suspect, the officer was pushed aside and he ran into a nearby farfier's field. The suspect was ap- prehended after a brief foot chase. Daniel Peter Crough, 32, of 624 Union St., Peterborough has been charged with failing to stop for police, assault to resist arrest and escaping custody. Me was released on a promise to appear in Whitby provincial court on May 17.
