Proprietor Gino Rie- cio's menu offers a wide range of popular Italian items from proscuitto con melone (Italian ham with cantelope) as an appetizer to the party size pizza with every topping under the sun. Tony's dinner menui is varied and tries to meet every taste. Pasta dishes range from spaghetti in almost every type from alla Carbonara (blended in bacon, eggs and par- migiano) to all Put- tanesca (a blend of her- bs and spices in tomato soup); fettucine Aifredo or alla zingara;- can- nelloni; lasagna; and rigatoni. Their menu "carne"~ offers such choices as five veal dishes (alla Milanese, -alla Par- migiana and alla Mar- sala) to the more traditional Canadian dishes of steak and filet mignon. The "carne"~ also of- fers shrimp paesano (cooked in garlic and lemon sauce) or in a white wine sauce.
