According to a spoesan for the Durham Regional Police force, patrolling officers arrested a man who appeared Lo be in- toxicated at the Woolco Mail late Saturday evening. The officers then transported him to 17 Division headquarters and searched bim. They found a .32 caliber bullet in one of bis pockets. According to a spokesman for the Durham Regional Police Department, six of the eigbt youths staying at the juvenile dentention centre over- powered the lone female attendant, tied her* up and locked ber in a closet. The youths were held for a bail hearing and remanded te the Brookside Training School in Cobourg. Brookside is a secure detention centre.
