Tbis book is the result of a review wbich ini- dlcated a need for information on techniques to assist in preparing for and conducting a Job search as weil as keeping records throughout tbe process. Speaking to ýYou By SCOTT FENNELL, M.P. (PC -Ontario) Last weeloend I participated in the Leadership Convention of the Progressive Conservative Party in Ottawa wbich was fougbt in a very positive way by ail candidates. The outcome, indicated tbat the majority of the Conservative delegtswr x favor of change. During the week that followed the convention, an extreme feeling of unity grew witbin ail members of our caucus. This, I believe, was derived fromn the positive attitude of the Right Honourable Joe Clark te, support Brian Mulroney in bringig unity to the party once and for ail, and ridding this country of the Liberal government. Af ter two caucus meetings, and ai ter a personal discussion wlth. Mr. Mulroney, I wish to, confirm that be has my 100 per cent support. With bis abllity te, communicate i botb languages, I believe we wlll not only win the next election, but we will restere unity te ail parts 0of Canada. Brian Mulroney wll be.,runnig for election i the House 0f Commons probably i the seat vacated by the onorabe Eler acKY., and i the interim Erie Nielsen wbo bas performed sucb an outstand- ing ~service for the Progressive Conservative Party will remain as Interlm Leader of the Opposition. Under bis guidance, we wlll be a very effective Op- position and wll do everytblng in our power te, stop harmful leglslation wblch. might be presented by tbe Liberal government. Hopefuily, Brian will be comig te our ridig witbi n the next few months wblch wil provide many Of you with an opportunity te meet and speak- with hlm and te relay to you the same feeling that bebas conveyed te me; namely, confidence ta tbe future for Canada.
