Beginning ewith the May 5 draw, Wintario tickets wli be worth 50W each and can be accumulated for Up to one-baif the cost of admission or up to one-half the membership fee, to a maximum of $10. Member- ehlp renewals wlll also be eligible for the discount if a new membership as a gift for a friend or relative ie also purcbased. Approxinately 250, museums and art gallere around the province are expected to offer the Half- Back discounts, thereby increasing public interest and participation as other successful Half-Back programs have done: (i) the promotion for Canadian books which ends May 31; .(11) the Per- forming Arts for Sehools program which began in February and which je assisting thousands of students and performing groupe around the provin- ce; (nii) the Half-Back program for magazine sub- ecriptions which wil also begin on June 1. Law- yers working at the clinic report assisting patrons with a wide variety of questions, al the way from family to crininal law. The service allows anyone who bas a legal question or problem to have a brief 20 minute private appointment with a lawyer and re- ceive either an imme- diate answer Wo their question or information as Wo what they should do, and where they should go to get their problem solved. The clinic bas been operating in the library, 7 Wo 9 p.m. on the third Tuesday of every month since January.
