'I I Making a movie Hollywood came to Whitby last week as Insight Productions of Toronto used the downtown core as a loca- tion for an upcoming television documentary. The documentary, to be seen on the CBC Television Network next March, deals with the progression of Canadian pop music fromn the 1950's to the present day. In the photograph, actors are rehearsing a scene from a segment deaiing with Bobby Curtola, a prominent signer of the 1950's and early 1960's. His most famous recording was of a song entitled "Fortune Telier. " A spokesman for Insight Productions said that Whitby was chtsen for location shooting because of Star Records.
