Manfield of the Royal Canadian Legion conducted the service during which the Whitby Sea Cadets, the Dutch Club of Durham, the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 112, the Malta Social Club and the Durham Regional Police Force laid wreaths at the base of the cenotaph.
