The course will be held at the Y.W.C.A. Program building, (Simcoe Street S., Oshawa) for six consecutive Tuesday sessions from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m., commencing April 21. Babysitting facilities are available. During the program participants will be taught how to identify situations that "trigger" smoking behaviour, how to understand their own smoking patterns and how to apply this knowledge to the difficulties of smoking cessation. The second portion of each 90 minute session will be a physical fitness program with instructor Donna Davidson. A $35 registration fee is payable, of which $20 will be refunded by the Lung Association, following at- tendance at five of the six sessions (this must include the first and last class).
