If there is any suspicion that any family members or the family has been infested please notify the school or health department im- mediately, so that the health departrnent can initiate follow-up. Children should be warned not to wear head gear belonging to any other child. The head bouse is grayish with an oval outline about 1/6 of an inch long and has six legs. ILs eggs are whitish and oval shaped and are glued to the hair. The eggs hatch in about one week and the adult bouse lives about one month. Beginning on January 15, Bailey will serve for 18 mon- ths with the church's missionary efforts in Sacramento, California. Bailey graduated from the Anderson Collegiate and Vocational Institute in 1975 and continued her education at the Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where she received her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in physical education. Upon returning Lo Whitby in JuIy, 1982, Bailey hopes to take up a teaching ca.reer.
