It has been drawn to our attention more frequentîy that R.N.A. positions are belng phased out and filled by R.N's ln order to ao- comodate the great number of two year graduates. This is a prime concern to us, as taxpayers . .and as R.N.A.'s because the qualltyof nursing care has not lncreased but the cost of hospîtalization has. We do flot Ilke our money belng ..needlessly wasted on duplîcate se rvices, nor the fact that our jobs are being gradually elimlnated. We feel that a dloser scrutIny of - ad- minIstrative practices, especlally regarding staf f posItionlng is requIred immedately, before thîs problemn resuits ln the replacement of any' more throroughly quifrldR..A Judith G.
