The Durham YMCA offers a two week Counseilor 'in Le adership Training pro- gram, designed specificaily for prospective counsellors. This program offers expert instruction by camp directors and YMCA direc- tor staff, detaile.d C.I.L.T. manuais and practical expe- rience.
