Art by the students of separate schools and the Ontario Ladies' College -will be exhibited fromn April 19 to 29. An opening reception for the latter event will be held at the Station April 22 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Remarks will be presented at this time by Church Roche, trustee for the Durham Separate School Board and Dr. John Davies, Chairman of the Board of the Ontario Ladies' College. ANIMATED FILMS The anirnated films "Yel- low Submarine," "Aucassin and Nicloette," and "The Happy Prince," will be shown at the Whitby Arts Station Gallery free of charge, April 29 at 2:30 p.m. "Yellow Submarihne" is based on the songs from the Beatles' Sergeant Pepper Album, "Aucassin and Nicolette" is a medieval fairy tale, and "Theý Happy Prince" is a film based on a classic story by Oscar Wilde. EGG DECORATING DEMONSTRATION Mrs. Mary Saîmers will give a demonstration of "psyanka," decorating Easter eggs in the traditio- nal Ukrainian way -at the Whitby Public Library April 7 from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mrs. Salmers will tell the history of decorating eggs for Easter while she shows how it's done, first by mar- king the paâttern with a stylus and beeswax and then dip- ping them in color. This process is repeated several times to produce a beauti- fully decorated egg. BLOSSOM- BALL The Dr. J.O.
