"There is an apparent neces- sity for spot rezoning," said Mr. Hughes. Mrs. Lang expressed the branch's gratitude to Mike Burgess, who is stepping down after three years as president. Mr. Burgess safdí- he was resigning from the board because he had been a member for four or five years, and "it's time the-. board had a change. It's too easy to get into a rut," he said. "A change is in order and should be made for the good of the branci." The new executive will meet soon to elect a presi- 'dent, vice-president, secre- tary and treasurer.
