This is the third year the sorority members have helped the Canadian Cancer Society by selling daffodils collecting over $12,000 last year. Local businesses placed pre-orders for daffodils that they will give to their staff or customers or simply display as a sign of their donation to the Canadian Cancer Society. Daffodils are also being sold to the general public at local shopping malls on March 29, 30 and 31. Mrs. Lenore Coulson and Mrs. Carol Steffen are the co-convenors for the daffodil festival. It is their hope that every daffodil will be sold as was the case last year. The daffodil looks like a fragile flower but the daffodil bulb is strong enough to break and crack solid earth as it grows to give us the hope of spring. The sale of daffodils gives hope to the victims of cancer and necessary funds for cancer researchers. MADE TO ORDER RUBBER STAMPS Business, Letterheads, Custom and Personal, Etc, Etc.
