Mr. Webb pleaded guilty to the charge of a theft of a quantity. of merchandise totaling $300 froni Hardin and King Construction Company during the months of July and August. The Court was told that- al of the items were recovered. The goods included tvo bear traps,- a carton of auto parts,, a booster, cable -and two five-gallon drums of ol, which were taken from a Whitby Construction site. As he remanded Webb for a pre-sentence report, Provincial Court Judge Norman. Edmondson. said, "This is a matter of concern; the accused Webb was-an employee of the firm from which the material was taken."
