Among our latest chiam- pions is Bill Livingstone, a Whitby lawyer, who won the Highland Society of London 's Goki Modal for classical bag- pipe music at Iniverness, Scotland. He is the first Canadian to win the title. Mr. Livingstone has been playing the bagpipes since the age of five. Harold Norville, nursing co-ordinator at the Whitby Psychiatric Hospital was recently named Canadian Powerlifting Champion in the Bantam Weight Class during the National Championships in Hamilton. Mr. Norville will be competîng in the World Championships this fal in Austrafia.
