In the 12 years and under novice division Catherinai BoboldiJk placed fifth with 28.665 points, a high place finish for hier first meet. Also in the same division, Cathy Parrott placed 21lst with 24.333 points and Patricia Powell, placed 29th with 23.497 points. In the novice 13 and 14 years' division, Leanne Winter placed '10th wîth 29.332 points and in the novice 15S years and older division, *Dcbbi& Wilcox placed ninth with 27.500 points and Gaila Nichoîls i 3th with 26.333 points. AlI-Canadian Awards doubled the score on Famnily Kartway, winning 2-1 on goals by David Bate and Scott Rowland. MAJOR PEEWEE Whitby Legion defeated T.C.'s 5-2 as Rob Alsop fired a hattrick and Ron Noble and Rob Wilson added singles. Rider Tool trounced M & N Motors 8-2 on three goals by Terry Mitchell, two apiece by Carmello Scaffidi and Paul Bird and one by Paul Szakacsi. Edward Svetek scored three times as Whitby Mal Restaurant and Mereury Auto Body skated to a 3-3 draw. Doug McDonald, Chris Channon and Tomn Mason scored for Mercury. MINOR BANTAM Mercantile whipped McNa- mara 9-2 on twvo-goa1 perfor- mances by Rick McCoy, David Andrews and Brian Jimmno and singe-goal efforts by Ian Ward, Philip Watson and Scott Kapuscinski.
