WHITBY FREE PRESS Meetings for Lenten season to be held in local churches A series of Wednesday noon gatherings for the Lenten season began today at All Saints' Anglican Church.under thejurisdiction of the Whitby Ministerial Association. The meetings consist of an organ prelhtde and a brief meditation starting at ten minut9s past noon. At 12:30 p.m. a noon-hour lunch is served in the parish hall, where the fellowship continues over soup, sandwiches, and coffee. Rev. Charles Hainer of' Brooklin United Church led a meditation entitled by the Riverside, today.
