Shaw's shorter plays (it fits an hour format) - starring Paxton Whitehead (actor-artistic director of the Shaw Festival) and his actress wîfe, Patricia Gage. It's a two- handed comedy, and the characters are "A" (a writer of travel guide books) played by Whitehead, and "Z" (a girl who works in a village shop) played by his wife; who meet on1 shipboard, then meet again quite by coincidence in tthe village shop six months later. The play will be taped in front of a studio audience on March 13 with Mario Prizek directîng. - The hockey team to be used in the filming of Sam Adams is the Seneca Flyers, a Junior A teani, and three of its players wîll also be actors ini the pilot. It may be first case of a "town" bcing named after a hockey team (the fictional town of "Seneca" where the film is set).
