After an illness of several months, Prof. Miles Boyes died on Friday evening at the residence of Mrs. Lovering, Hughson Street South. Prof. Boyes was, for many years, a well known and popular teacher of music in Hamilton, Toronto and Milton, and his pupils included many successful students and teachers... Mr, Boyes retired from teaching and was living in Saskatchewan where he contracted the illness which resulted in his death... He is survived by a widow, formerly Maude Lovering, an infant son and four brothers and sisters. For many years Prof. Boyes taught a class in Grimsby and he was well and favourably known to the district.
