Nursing Sister (Lieut.) E.M. Lowe, RCAMC, has been officially promoted to Assistant Matron of Rideau Military Hospital, Ottawa.
Miss Lowe is a graduate of the Ross Memorial Hospital and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Lowe, Russell St. West.
