meeting Coun cillor LaChappelle tabled a letter stating that she wanted to go on record that she was strongly in favor of enforcing the towns bylaws against everyone She said she felt this step was necessary because she said she had heard from the bylaws officer of comments from another councillor con trary to her feelings She said she had heard of three alter natives given the bylaws officer by
