of Toronto engineering professor Dr Phillip Jones a Newmarket resident and a sewage expert lo speak to council Dr Jones recently addressed a citizens group opposed the sewage scheme and during his speech termed the trunk sewer obsolete Mr Scott suggested the professor be asked to elaborate on ways we can direct our efforts in a more beneficial way I wonder if Mr Scott can tell me if this is the despite a massive search was never found Inspector Don Hillock who went to Barrie to view the remains said late Monday he felt the body had not been in its resting place for three years The inspector said the clothing on the body was in too good a condition to have been exposed to the elements for more than a few months and did not match the clothing Cheryl was last seen wearing He also noted that
