to see how municipal government works The students and two masters were welcomed to the meeting by King Township Mayor Margaret Britnell whose son Jamie is also a student at the school The group is studying municipal and provincial j governments and will take in a Metro Toronto J council meeting and a visit to Queens Park to watch the provincial government in action before completing a 10 to 12page booklet on the subject for the use of other students The visits are part of an expansion week program at the school Contratulations once again to the boys midget basketball team for winning the vicinity of the arena for soccer and other sports The mayor flatly said that that a sevenacre parcel under con sideration is too costly for a township trying to keep within a tight budget Councillor Murray Sheardown advised council that several groups in the Schomberg area feel the additional lands should be acquired to better develop the recreational aspects of the area We should not be
