Witnesses describe scene Newmarket Aurora Oat Wed Feb 3 TORONTO Two Aurora men testifying at the murder trial of a 41- year Toronto man in Supreme Court here last week described in detail the few dramatic mom ents prior to the death of 21yearold Heather Giles of Aurora May Glen Gray 21 a friend of the dead girl and of accused Shenton and John her former fiance described to Mr Justice Thomas Miss Giles at the intersection of Mary St where they were pushing and yelling at each other He said he saw Miss Giles pulled to the ground and when he questioned the two told him there had been a fight over the lady and he was taking her home He described Miss Giles clothing as being ruffled A few minutes after leaving the Con stable Davis said he heard screams and saw had Miss Giles by the of her jacket and blouse He described Miss Giles as upset and crying and attempting to pull away from Constable Davis said he radioed for a backup man and Miss Giles was placed in one cruiser in the
