for the petitioners said These dedicated men on the minor hockey executive are to be com mended for this significant improve ment to a rather awkward and diffi cult decision for a number of boys on Sunday morning The petitioners said that with the conversion of another building to artificial ice in the area it is expec ted that prime ice time will not be as difficult in obtaining as it is at pre
