and the proposal for a school would de pend on the services beng installed in the area Mr Matthews said the board had been forced to use substandard ac commodation for school purposes as the number of students was increas ing by about each year The op ening of a school in this area had been planned for Sept 1971 Just before Mr granted the application for a postponement he told the hearing We have
