candidates were chosen from more than Applicants with experience in the municipal or provin cial field Effective January 1 1970 the present muni cipal assessment will be headed by an Area Director The 30 Assess ment Commissioners will report to the Area in the area A total of 32 regions will be estab lished throughout the pro vince A region will consti tute the operating unit for assessment and will be un der the administration of an Assessment Commission er The Commissioners are responsible for ensuring property in the ticipation in amateur sport and to develop a higher lev el of
