on Ave township council advised area residents that according to Dr Matthew Minister of Health and Welfare there can be no action token to regulate the operation of these homes unless signed petitions or com plaints arc received outlining and specifying objectionable activities Residents who wish to pursue their com plaints in the proper manner should forward their written objections to the Township of Hast Gwilllmbury The township will then forward these complaints or petitions to the attention of Dr Council noted that by taking formal no tion the residents would be strengthening their
