resolution instruct ing the Clerk to prepare a By law to require that every own er of property shall obtain an Occupancy Permit from the Building Inspector prior to any a occupancy of a build ing or part thereof after con struction wrecking or altera tion of that building or part thereof or change in the class of occupancy of any building or part thereof and such change shall be deemed to include a change from part- time occupancy for general vacation uses to full time or permanent occupancy for residential purposes Authorized treasurer to dis continue any duplication of remuneration presently en joyed by an employee of the Township and that any mon ies so recovered be made available to the general ac count Approved a tax relief for elderly people In the township provided they are over years of age Resolved to appoint Roy J Pollock a new member of the Committee of Adjustment to replace Don McKay and com plete his term of appoint ment Received complaint from Walter Stonkas of Paradise Lagoon on the excessive speed of boats in the area Council informed him they could do very little as they did not have the boats necessary to police the area Received a petition from Alex Pollock of the Willow Beach Park Association re questing a Right of Way be made available for local resi dents Council promised to look into the matter Heard request from Norn Doyle asking they consider widening the road at Willow Beach by an additional 2 feet of paved roadway in order to eliminate roadside parking Council considered this inad visable as they envisioned the future use of the
