held up by two men in a white car who got away with The boy told investigating constable Gerald Mills that the men had long dark hair and were armed with a rifle The boy later admitted that the story was a hoax and police charged him with public mischief move is grossly unfair to Toronto TV owners His reasons are contained in the follow ing letter Mr Having had 32 years experience with TV electronics in the town of Newmarket feel that the following opinion concerning the proposed relocation of Channel trans mitter from Barrio Ontario to Ontario should be brought lo your attention Unlike some of the higher bands there is no extra frequency separation between Channels 2 3 and Under these circum stances it is technically impractical to use three Channels In one area If these Channels arc used together it is highly possible that interference will result It will likely be necessary for the Toronto viewer to install expensive equipment in order receive Channels 2 and clearly due to this fact alone Palgrave is less than miles from Toronto The site for the proposed trans mission tower could bo ft above level Lake Ontario is ft above sea level This extra height plus the proposed power boost will result in a greater signal strength for this station It is Inevitable that interference with Channels 2 and will result The purchase of on electronic trap will be necessary if Channels 2 and 4 are to be received without interference See LETTER Page Employees Give First Aid To Injured NEWMARKET A team of Walk er Motors Ltd employees gave first aid and assistance when two
