Pte. Hartwick wounded again

Word has just been received by Mrs. R. Hartwick, 76 Colborne St., town, to the effect that her son, Pte. Earl Harwick, has been wounded for the second time since going to Italy.


The first time he was reported injured by shrapnel in the head, and one shoulder, and he had only been back in the lines a month, when the second message came through.


Details of his present wounds are not available and the telegram stated that more complete information would follow as soon as it was made available.


Pte. Hartwick enlisted four years ago with the Midland Regiment when it was being recruited in Lindsay.
