Five sons of Lindsay parents in the service
One son woundedMr. and Mrs. William Grant, 10 Colborne St. W., have five sons in the service and are naturally proud of the record. Mr. and Mrs. Grant, who have been residents of Lindsay a comparatively short time, formerly lived at Bracebridge and of late years at Cannington. One son, Cpl. Norman Grant, entered France with the D Day invaders. He was wounded and has been in a hospital in England. From left to right: Seaman Francis A. Grant; F/O David M. Grant; Seaman Ivan C.
