as the guests of Mr and Mrs Doug Crook About guests sat down at tables which were with balsam boughs and red candles The dinner which was prepared by the Junior was delicious The turkey was done to a turn and its accompaniments of vegetables and salads equally good The dessert was ice cream and angel cake Rev White was chairman and he thanked Mr McCauley from the bottom of our stom achs for his nice gesture in thinking of the choir Mr Walker thanked Mr on behalf of the choir and the ladies of the for the excel lence of their repast Mr Nash also spoke his appre ciation and was happy to see all his choir at one time Mr Cauley then replied to the speakers and told of his pleas ure on the occasion We were sorry we were so far from Mr that we could not hear all his reply The choir following
