Commission will provide free of charge the preliminary engineer ing and inspection Schemes can be financed when the commission borrows money from the Ontario treasury which can be loaned on their current interest rates no fees attached for intermediary work On the present rate of interest on a long term loan on the capital cost a community can save one per cent For example where outside sources would charge six per cent interest rate the government would ask five per cent Several specific questions were asked the commission by the trustees The question of the new subdividers being required to establish their own sewage disposal system would receive advice from the commission which would be willing to sit in with the trustees and subdi viders for discussions The Water Resources
