roads convention we would put this one at the head of the list Your readers will probably ap preciate the fact that a good roads convention is not necessari ly a Canadian Good Roads Asso ciation convention Thei ambigui ty of your statement creates a reasonable doubt as to whether or not you are referring to the Canadian Good Roads If you have not attended a convention you may wish to read the proceedings of the convention which am sending to you along with the program of the last convention in Saskatoon to which you refer in your editorial and a statement on the purposes and activities of the association As you see from this this association is support ed by all provincial governments the federal and municipal gov ernments At the con vention there wen many respon sible people who gave a some what more favorable opinion on the associations activities than yours The minister of highways of Prince Edward Island Hon J George said want to know that I consider it a privilege to belong to
