Prohibitive In a committee report Councillor Haskell told council on Oct that his committee could not recommend the installation of special equipment for the bene fit of Green Acres Officials of- organize a program that will interest everyone The young people organiza tion was launched a little over a year ago During the spring of this year a fiveevent pro gram was operated and it prov ed to be successful The pro gram included a bowling and social evening a couple of dances a weiner roast and an athletic night The athletic night was successful It includ ed basketball gymnastics and table staff members Patients in particular have ap preciated the gift shop remain ing open Usually they depend on visitors to supply them with extra items they require during their hospital stay During period the gift shop has been able to fill a real need As soon as the ban on visitors has been lifted the cart will be in operation throughout the hos pital As long as it is possible ii to man the
