the secretary for approval William Maclean Hunter Com munity Planning Association S3 Communications Queens University at Kingston of University Extension re short course in town planning to be held at Queens University from Sept 9 to Held over un til next meeting to check with absent members Stanbury Wil son and re present status of property on Eagle St owned by Norwood Holly and Lloyd The secretary is re ply stating that there are no zon ing restrictions on this property that bylaw 616 has not been changed and enclosing a copy of bylaw designating area of sub division control of Planning and Develop ment Community Planning Branch re proposed subdivision on Lewis farm Filed of I and Develop ment Community Planning Branch proposed subdi vision pending comple tion of agreement with Mr So Herbert Coons and Associ ates Ltd enclosing schedules for agreement with Filed Town of Newmarket referring correspondence from Shell Oil Co re request for permit to build service on corner of Scott Ave and Eagle St Mr A McQueen real estate representa tive of Shell Oil Co was pre sented to the members of the board and he outlined briefly be prepared to provide culverts the policy of the
