Fair Sportsmens Show Judges in the Holiday Lovely contest face a dilemma more pleasing than most problems also more difficult than most One of these girls must be chosen as Miss Holiday Lovely In the Keswick Optimist clubs contest which is being held in conjunction with the SpofUmen Show and Trade Fair July and One contest ant is Sally Anne Dove in of Keswick who is entered as Miss Beverly Hills HOPE HOBBY CLUB Beauties and bikes will be featured at this years Keswick Sportsmans Show and Trade Fair sponsored by the Keswick Opti mist club The beauties are the girU en tered in the Holiday Lovely beauty contest and the bikes will be used in a stationary bicycle race in the arena Both contests are new to the show On Monday there were six girls entered in the beauty contest Barbara Ann Newmarket Sandy Jean Hilder Island Grove Charlene Anne Pollock Island Grove Sally Ann Dove Beverley Hills Keswick Marilyn Eleanor Island Grove and of Newmarket Miss was recently chosen Miss Optimist in Newmarket The fair is being held Thurs day Friday and Saturday July and On Friday even ing the girls will appear In dress es and on Saturday night in bath ing suits Entries may be made until this evening Entries should be sent Of These On Thursday July mem and friends of the Hope Hobby club chartered a bus to Kitchener On their they visited the Kirk Craft Studios at Georgetown where a display of hobbies was shown and tea was served After a picnic lunch Vic toria park Kitchener the ladies went on a tour of the city Later in the afternoon they participat ed in the program Come Into The thought the races would lend some color to the show Albert likes to help children out in any way he can and any body interested in entering the contest should see him and have a try at riding the bikes before the race In the arena there will be ex hibits by merchants in the south shore area and Newmarket Allen Shows will have rides and games for children KESWICK NEWS Mr and Mrs Albert Harper
