Fees A deputation of cottage owners from Mussulmans Lake appeared before Whitchurch township cou ncil at the regular meeting on Thursday evening They were protesting the charge for garbage collection during the winter mon ths when their summer homes were closed A spokesman staled that a meeting had been held in Tor onto on April by members of four lake ratepayers Associations South Shore Churchill
