Sick Children Toronto then one year in Glasgow and Edinburgh in post graduate work He re turned to Canada and prior to taking up residence in Calgary in practiced pediatrics in Toronto for one year Dr Cody who was for many years medical superintendent of the Calgary Red Cross Crippled Childrens hospital retired from this position last October On retiring he was presented with the highest possible award an honorary membership badge and scroll given by the Alberta Di vision of the Canadian Red Cross Society in recognition of his years service He was also on the staff of the Calgary General hospital and on the staff of the Holy Cross hospital Dr Cody was a member of Knox United church holding office with the Board of Stewards He belonged to the Masonic lodge Surviving are his wife the
