the wheel of her auto while driving through on Sunday afternoon She was pronounced dead by Dr Lowell Dales Mrs Collins was returning to her home from her Lake Simcoe cottage when she was overcome by the seizure George Lowrie a passenger was uninjured Mr Lowrie a boarder at the Collins home Toronto had spent the weekend with the family at their cottage He told police that Mrs Collins collapsed of the Ontario Municipal board at a special hearing at Sharon on Tuesday When he refused approval of a subdivision which had passed by the East Gwillimbury council The decision was given nearly three and a half hours after the start of the hearing at which nine witnesses were called The proposed subdivision lies between the first and second concession of East west of St with all lots having frontage on the Poplar Baraks J and J Toronto were the subdividers Three experts were consulted pouring the hearing They were Mr G Culham Bolton a prac ticing planning consultant Don ald Taylor assistant chief plan ner with the department of and development and Dr Mr Roland said that he agreed With the three consultants in their criticisms of spot develop ment Subdivisions shouldnt spring up in the midst of agricul tural area but should be locat ed on the fringe of the urban sections of townships The area in which the proposed subdivi sion was located was tural The people who have de veloped the region should be protected he explained township is not prepared to the essential services by a subdivision par tly when it is not proper planned development York and town- have experienced this type development and it has broken Mr Mr Roland criticised the area to be subdivided approximate ly one and onequarter miles long with a depth of feet as being string development and Monday night August A party of four provincial policemen with Mr Blue and two farm employees waited all night for the rustlers return but were disappointed The cattle rustlers would have re ceived a
