Board shall pursuant to the revisions of Section of the Separate Schools Act request the Municipal Councils of the Muni cipalities wherein properties rate able for the purposes of the said School Board are situate that the said Municipal Councils through their collectors and other municipal officers cause to he levied in each such year upon the taxable property liable to pay same all sums of for rates or taxes imposed thereon in respect of Separate Schools The said sum of so borrowed and interest thereon and the said debentures and the same are hereby made charge upon the schoolhouse and
