tremendous amount of energy is directed at the con- of goods in the form of pressure to urge them to buy more and more to the businessman means a frenzied effort to push up the volume of business to the high school student it means the pressure of Christmas exams to the policeman it means an increase in traffic accidents and drunk driving cases to the newspapers it means heavy ad vertising rush rush and pre mature deadlines Everyone gets a big headache at some time during the season Looking at these unpleasant features of the season there is not too much to be said in its favor A person must be tough these days to keep up vith the pace Youve got to work hard keep up that volume sell sell sell because it is the season when the pay off comes for all those slump periods during other seasons You are lucky if you escape without the development of an ulcer With all this rush and pres sure it really is a wonder find time at the last minute just to enjoy the fine thoughts about the real close our hearts We got through the year without that storm loose and we still hope that as time gees on have more reason to be hopeful irritated as at our organizations and of those are at the head of often felt that could be better if only we could all see the goal Being Christmas we feel thru we should admit to some humility and that in a it might be if a lot of people weregoing ahead slow ly
