Woodville boy writes 541 times to mother Mrs. J.R. Flynt of RR No. 2, Woodville, believes her son, LAC G.R. Flynt, RCAF may have created some kind of record for remembering his parents since going overseas.
In approximately one year he has written 331 letters and 210 postcards, including views of England and Scotland. In addition, he has sent parcels, four books, six souvenir booklets, a box of heather, and other gifts, including snapshots.
LAC Flynt joined the RCAF at St. Thomas, Jan. 13, 1942. He also sailed for England on the 13th of the month, when he left for overseas.
