Instruction In military drill required to enable them to become officers of cadet corps un der the same advantages as arc already allowed to officers of the Active Militia and will grant cer tificates of qualification The Militia Department will also pay the authorized grants to the teacher qualified ana acting as instructors of cadet corps and will supply to these corps such and equipment as are
