Dunn ol the Scott town line about two miles from this village was struck by the lightning Mr Dunns attention was aroused by the light shining in through his bed room window On looking cut he discovered the barn to be a mass of flames Hastily summoning his son and hired man they hurried to the burning building and with difficulty got out all the animals with the- ex ception of a sow and
