Police said a prescription bottle containing 57 Clonazepam pills (0.5 milligrams) was lost between 8:30 and 9:05 p.m. Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine drug used for controlling certain types of seizures in the treatment of epilepsy and panic disorders. The drug has anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, muscle relaxant and hypnotic properties and should only be taken by people it is prescribed for. Online warnings about the drug state overdosing on it could potentially result in a coma. The pills are orange in colour.
